INSTALLATION:
The modular belt scale can be installed into any type of conveyor where space is restricted. Adjustable suspension bushings eliminates the requirement to shim the weighframe or conveyor idler without the need for special tools. The installation is quick and easy, taking only a few hours to complete.
RELIABLE:
Maintenance free design with parallelogram weigh frame eliminates bearings and pivots for effective dynamic in-line weighing applications. Panel or wall mounted options are available, with user friendly operator interface and simple push button keypad.
ACCURACY:
The 375 unique weigh frame design ensures unrivalled accuracy and repeatability of 0.5% accuracy based on a totalised weight over a 20-100% design capacity on an approved installation.

300 mm to 1,800 mm

UNITY BUS VERSION:
The HS 375U model has an RS485 multidrop serial bus interface via which it may drive a remote display or communicate with computer or PLC control system.

High precision shear beam load cell temperature compensated and hermetically sealed.
SPEED SENSOR:
Digital, photo electric sensor mounted CF wheel assy or digital shaft encoder mounted on return bend pulley or tail drum.
WEIGH MODULE:
Mild steel with rust resistant primer and powder coated finish.
WEIGH MODULE MOUNTING BEAMS:
Mild steel painted with rust resistant primer and enamelled, pre-drilled for mounting weigh module to conveyor stringers.
