Greenbank Scoops Business Award

Greenbank Group UK picked up the prestigious Business Awards Derbyshire, 'Innovation Through Technology' award, sponsored by Rolls Royce at a presentation dinner held at Pride Park Football Stadium last Friday night.

TV presenter Clive Anderson was the compere for the evening.

The awards, run by the Derbyshire Chamber, are designed to recognise the achievement of Derbyshire businesses and the winners go through to the national finals held later this year.

Greenbank were presented with the award due to the innovation and progress made in both developing and implementing ‘blue sky’ technologies which help our coal fired power plants improve their efficiency and reduce their emissions.

Charles Conroy, the Group's Managing Director, thanked the organisers, the sponsors, the team at Greenbank, their strategic suppliers and customers alike for making this award possible.
