The production facility at Greenbank has been purpose designed to produce specialist fabrication and sophisticated lining techniques.

Fabrication work includes pipework, supports, silos, vessels, chutes, launders, hoppers, valves, splitters, riffles, dampers, cyclones, exhauster casings, walkway gantries, pump housings, feeders, head-chutes, conveyors and general steel work.

Manufacturing workshops are equipped with suitable plant i.e., Guillotines, Rollers, Benders, Formers etc to reduce material movement. These are located within the production lines. A range of purpose built machines are used for most of our products to reduce handling, and increase operating efficiency.

With up to 16 tonnes of lifting capability and 3000m2 fabrication we have the area to handle large fabrications as well as streamlined piping processes designed for maximum output.

At Greenbank we add value from being able to manufacture our own plate flanges to project managing piping systems including ancillary equipment tailored to our clients need. Our experienced and effective management team, workforce and systems allow our client base to continue to be competitive by reducing the number of interfaces required per project.
